Among the first to respond for Sandy animals, Kinship Circle did search-rescue and sheltering for Atlantic and Middlesex Counties, NJ. In January, the state veterinarian invited us to a statewide Animal Emergency Working Group for government agencies, CART, vets…to develop a coordinated animal emergency response plan.
