Kinship Circle spent a good deal of time researching contact information for Chinese government officials. This is very difficult information to obtain in a closed, communist society. You do not need to report any emails that may bounce. We have no control over outdated government websites or emails that are disabled due to the worldwide outcry against the Yunnan dog slaughter.
